Lease Sentry™, Inc. ("Company") will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. Company collects information from our users at several different points on our website. Company does not own Tenant Reports. Each landlord enters a Tenant Report and the landlord is the owner of that Tenant Report.
Tenant Information
Information we collect includes information we collect from you and third parties. This information includes your name, address, telephone number, rental history, rental payment history, rental lease compliance history. We may use information you provide to update our tenant database. However, access to information on this database is limited to individuals and companies with a permissible purpose to receive it. If a tenant believes that there is an error on their Tenant Report, they may file a dispute.
Registration
In order to use this website, a Landlord user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give their contact information (such as name, demographic information and e-mail address). This information is used to contact the user about the services on our site for which they have expressed interest.
Order
We use Paypal to process all orders. We do not collect or store any payment information.
Cookies
We use cookies to, among other things, save your password so you do not have to re-enter it each time you visit any Web Site. In order to register on our site, your browser must be set to accept cookies. A cookie is just an entry in a text file or folder on your hard drive. Security
This website takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
When our form asks users to enter sensitive information, that information is encrypted and is protected with the encryption software in the industry-- SSL. While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user-information offline. All of our users' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our office. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information. Our employees must use password-protected screen-savers when they leave their desk. When they return, they must re-enter their password to re-gain access to your information.

Site and Service Updates
We also send the user site and service announcement updates. Members are not able to un-subscribe from service announcements, which contain important information about the service. We communicate with the user to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their account via e-mail or phone.
Choice/Opt-Out
Our users are not given the opportunity to "opt-out" of having their information used for purposes not directly related to our site at the point where we ask for the information. If you do not agree with our privacy statement, do not use our website.
Children
We define children as individuals under the age of 16. Our Web Site is not intended for the use of children and we do not intend to collect information about children through our Web Site.
